If you’ve ever been stuck behind a tractor on the road, you can bet it wasn’t a JCB Fastrac because even though they’re like normal tractors, they can travel up to 70km per hour; that’s fast!

In fact, they were given their name because of their speediness – Fastrac is short for Fast Tractor. In 2019, the JCB Fastrac stormed into the record books after being crowned the world’s fastest tractor with a speed of 135.191 mph. Wow!

Despite their differences, they both have one thing in common – they shift mud. You’re most likely to see them on building sites, roadworks, quarries and waterway & railway maintenance
