JCB DIGATRON™

JCB DIGatron™ was inspired by a Backhoe Loader, the digger that put JCB on the map.

• The truck is approximately 10.5 feet tall, 12.5 feet wide, 17 feet long and weighs 12,000 pounds.
• JCB DIGatron uses a Monster Jam engine, generating 1,500 horsepower.
• JCB DIGatron™ made its debut at Monster Jam in January 2024 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, USA.

JCB DIGatron™ Driver - Tristan England

JCB’s DIGatron™ will be driven by 2023 World Finals Champion, Tristan England who hails from Paris, Texas. Tristan first arrived in Monster Jam working on his dad’s truck, Big Kahuna. In 2015, Tristan attended Monster Jam University and found himself with his own ride! He won tour championships in 2018, 2019 and 2023 and describes himself as “a crazy adrenaline junkie that never sits still!”

The Monster Jam Dirt Squad™

The Monster Jam Dirt Squad™ are the official team of construction and earth moving machines that help build the Monster Jam™ courses as well as help and recover the Monster Jam™ trucks during competition.

• The Dirt Squad is made up of a number of different construction machines, including Wheeled Loaders, Skid steer loaders and Telescopic Handlers.
• Scoopz is a JCB 457 Wheeled Loader with special oversized bucket at the front and steel scorpion tail at the rear.
• 8000 cubic yards of dirt/earth were used to build the 2 tracks at the Monster Jam™ World Finals 2024 in the So-Fi stadium, LA.

DIG IT Anthem & VetsAid

On the 13th July JCB announced a special long-term partnership between GRAMMY award winning musician and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Joe Walsh and his charity and annual benefit festival, VetsAid.

It was at the Monster Jam event at the London Stadium where the official premier of”Dig It” – an original anthem by Joe Walsh, which also features Joe’s brother-in-law Ringo Starr on drums. The new anthem was played when the JCB DIGatron™ truck entered the arena. As part of this partnership ‘Dig It’ will be used as the signature track for the JCB DIGatron™.

Additionally, JCB has pledged $250,000 to VetsAid to kick-off the partnership. Next up, supporters can also look out for limited-edition merchandise, a special DIGatron™ toy and even a limited edition JCB machine, with a percentage of sales benefiting the non-profit organisation.

Designed in conjunction with JCB’s engineering team, the JCB DIGatron truck isn’t afraid to get its wheels dirty. And it’s ready to go the extra mile to ensure that its yellow bodywork, inspired by the iconic JCB construction equipment, will triumph on the tracks of Monster Jam Showdown!
